"Sure..." Yvette thought for a moment then shrugged, "Ah, whatever." she finally said.

John sat down.

"So, where arre you from, John?"

"A city in the mountains. We are what many call mercenaries." John said

"So, you are for hire essentially?"Yvette raised an eyebrow.

"yes you could say that"

"I see. Yvette scratched her chin. She then gave John a sinister grin.

"what?" John asked

Yvette leaped at John and wrapped herself around him in like a hug.

"w-what are you....doing!" John said flinching at her speed.

"Hugging you, you dense!" Yvette laughed as wrapped herself around his belly gently. She avoided the spike. She was really soft.

"you are really strange to me" john whispered.

Yvette giggled and blushed, "You have soft fur too, John." she whispered.

Now john blushed "q-quit f-fooling around"

Yvette grinned before giving him a kiss on the cheek. She went back to the doctor's bed and sat down again. "Thank you for saving me."

"your welcome" john said

The doctor entered the room and said, "Okay, let's do this..."

Florence arrived at the guild.

"I think we just go inside" the girls said

"Yeah, that's what I thought." Florence said.

the girls lead the way.

Florence followed the girls happily and looked around the guild once more, "It's peaceful."

"yeah where is everyone?"

"It isn't always this peaceful?" Florence asked.

"its usually busy but most of the exploration teams sre missing"
